Commissions

If you are interested in having a piece commissioned, please contact me directly. I love working directly on custom-tailored pieces to fit a specific space.

I have spots for a limited number of commissions each year. The process looks like this:

First, send me a quick email with the size of painting needed, when you need it, delivery zip code, how you found me, and your favorite painting of mine. Please also provide 2-4 colors that you would like in your painting.

I’ll reply within 3 business days with a price quote and my current lead time.

If you decide to proceed, I’ll put together a simple contract for us both to sign. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the rest due upon completion.

At this point, it would be great to see any photos, paint swatches, fabrics, or other details from the space the painting will go in.

Paintings take from 4-8 weeks for completion. In many cases, I actually paint two paintings and you get to choose your favorite.

Unless we agree on something else, all commissions are painted on 1/5” gallery-wrapped canvas.
